The Painter Tool will not work on the newer 2019 versions, so don't use it. I would prefer to use Lightroom CC, however the only version that I've had some luck with is 1.3, however photos can't be added. I've read and determined for myself that the 2019 version is harder to crack. Just use it to download the Adobe Trial application, then do an AV check on the Adobe Trial Application after its downloaded. I've managed get Lightroom Classic 7.3 going.
